The world as we know it... (must raed story in a southern accent)

So back in the times of Jesus...of course they had fruits and vegetables...they had worked a long time trying to plant them and make them all purty for them and their families and neighbors over yonder to eat...so by the time the pioneers came around, they ran into problems...the farmers would be tillin up that there land and suddenly the carrot roots came and wrapped around his worse's hooves and sucked him into the ground..then when he wondered where his horse done gone, he started digging in the soil trying to pull up his there carrots, when suddenly, the carrots sucked him down under too. Then came time for the potatoes...thw wives of the farmers would go dig them up for supper, when suddenly they ate the wives...the farmers wondred why their wives were taking so long to get the vegetables so they went to see what was going on and saw they were no longer there...and the potatoes were as big as the jolly green giant...they couldn't believe their eyes...the potatoes done sceered 'em off, so they picked the tomatoes instead..when suddenly the tomatoes sucked them up and the tomatoes were like big red pumpkins...so the people from the city came to visit and saw the vegetables done grown HUGE...the vegetables didn't eat them ebacuse they done tatse bad, so yeah.

The vegetables are like bad guys...and the tomatoes can be like Judas..they act like a veggie, but y'all they are FRUIT! So yeah...fruit is holy vegetables are not. That is all.
